From Finneus to GFG: A Logo Evolution Rooted in Purpose

I'll admit it.
Change isn't always easy, but sometimes it's exactly what you need to get back to your roots.
Today, I am excited to share the the evolution of our brand identity - transitioning from our beloved Finneus to our new GFG logo. This is not just a design change; it is a return to the core mission that sparked Green Ferret Golf in the first place: providing a way to give back to community organizations.
If you love Finneus as much as I do, don't worry...he's not going far!

THE JOURNEY SO FAR
Like any good round of golf, our journey has had its share of challenges. We've found ourselves in a few bunkers and missed some greens along the way. But here's the beauty of this game - you can snag a caddie or coach at anytime and work on your swing. And that's exactly what we have done.
From what you have told us, the change confirms what was felt in the heart. This evolution honors our foundation while positioning us for the impact that we want to make.

WHY THE CHANGE MATTERS
While we continue to support local pro shops and B2B clients, this new visual identity represents something deeper - to create meaningful connections and give back to the communities that support us.

-The large "F" represents the flagstick, the ultimate goal for which we aim; in golf and in life.
-The body of the "F" represents the faith we need to have during the game and when we leave our field of competition.
-The twin "G"s are placed in an ascending order to remind us to strive to be a better version of ourselves, every day.

This shift is not a goodbye to our past, rather an alignment with our ideals and our part forward.  We thank all of you for the support and look forward to you growing with us!
