Refund/Return/Shipping Policy

We will issue a refund within 30 days of you receiving your items. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. This means unworn or unused, with any tags and in its original packaging. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your items immediately and alert us if there is a defect, product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  We promise to evaluate the situation and do everything we can to make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot provide refunds on items that are marked Clearance, OneOff, or GFGDesign Customs. Some items sold at certain events, like perishables, are marked as FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, unless indicated otherwise by a Green Ferret Golf team member. From there you will receive email updates regarding the tracking of your package. Shipping duration may vary depending on shipment service selected at checkout. Most orders should be delivered in 2 days (2DAY) to 5 days (standard).

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the order and shipping location with real time rates to give you the best options available.
