How Often Do You Do Drops?

We feel that the best way to show off our fun side is with limited edition runs.

Each season, we develop a few ideas and put them into production.

How Many Pieces Per Run?

Honestly depends.

Sets like the 4 piece ball marker set were limited to 40 total.

Once they are gone, they're gone.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We will issue a refund within 30 days of you receiving your items. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. This means unworn or unused, with any tags and in its original packaging. Items may be exchanged for a different size.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your items immediately and alert us if there is a defect, product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  We promise to evaluate the situation and do everything we can to make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

We cannot provide refunds on items that are marked Clearance, OneOff, or GFGDesign Customs. Some items sold at certain events, like perishables, are marked as FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

How Fast Will I Get My Order?

For items that are in stock:

Orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours (except for times the family is all out of the offices, which is rare and announced).

For Pre-Order Items:

Pre-Orders are fulfilled as soon as they are delivered to our facility and have passed our internal QC process.
We notify our pre-order family via email as shipping/receiving and estimated ship to client dates.
